 Rob Vega
Head Golf Professional/Manager
Rob Vega is the Head Golf Professional and General Manager of Glen Erin Golf Club. Rob is responsible for the entire facility, including overseeing the golf operations and the Food and Beverage operation. Other duties involve player development programs, outing and league management, accounting and Human Resources for Glen Erin Golf Club.
Prior to Glen Erin Golf Club, Rob was the General Manager and Head Golf Professional at Kestrel Ridge Golf Club in Columbus. Rob was responsible for growing revenues 20% in each of the years under his control. He also marketed and managed a banquet facility holding 300 people and an 8,000 square foot clubhouse, along with a real estate development. Prior to Kestrel Ridge, Rob served his PGA Apprenticeship at Odana Hills Golf Course in Madison. Rob also played college hockey for the University of Wisconsin from 1997 to 2002. Rob is a full PGA member, and is also the recipient of the PGA Apprentice Scholarship and the 2006 Junior Golf Leader of the Year in the Wisconsin Section PGA.
Rob lives in Sun Prairie with his wife Liz, daughter Samantha and son Joseph.
 Dave Braasch
Golf Course Superintendent
Dave is the first employee of Glen Erin Golf Club brought on in February of 2002 to oversee the grow-in and construction of the facility that many of us call "home" today. Dave directs the every-day maintenance practices performed on the 150 pristine acres on which Glen Erin resides.
Dave came to us from Hughes Creek Golf Club, located in Elburn, Illinois where he presided as Golf Course Superintendent for six and a half years. Tenures prior to Hughes Creek include Assistant and Intern positions he held at Innsbrook C.C. in Merrillville, Indiana, Eaglebrook C.C. in Geneva, Illinois, Olympia Fields C.C. in Olympia Fields, Illinois. He began his career at the tender age of 13, as a caddy at Idlewild C.C. in Flossmoor, Illinois.
Dave is currently the President of the Midwest Association of Golf Course Superintendents, as well as a member of the Wisconsin Golf Course Superintendent Association. Finally, his membership in the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America allows him the benefits of continuing education and networking with Superintendents from across the country.
Dave resides in Beloit with his son Logan.
 Paula Folk
Head Chef
Paula Folk is the Head Chef at Glen Erin Golf Club. Although she isn’t seen as much as the other management staff, she is instrumental in the food service at Glen Erin Golf Club.
Paula brings years of experience in catering, food and beverage and culinary skill to Glen Erin, as well as her own secret batter for our one-of-a-kind fish fry’s at Glen Erin.
Paula is currently continuing her education at the American Culinary Federation part time to attain her Executive Chef Degree. She resides in Janesville with her husband John.
