Thank you for your interest in Glen Erin Golf Club and possible exposure in your fundraising efforts. Glen Erin is committed to various charities and local fundraising efforts, and feel exposure in various community events is not only good public relations, but also an obligation to the community for local businesses. Annually, Glen Erin Golf Club donates over $10,000 worth of greens fees and cart fees for use in fundraising.

Please fill out this donation request form and return to Glen Erin Golf Club via email the completed from to us. Please do not call, fax, mail or stop by in person, as this is the ONLY method by which we respond to donation requests.  If applicable, a donation will be sent to the address on the bottom of the enclosed form.
